LSPD First Response has crashed

Spoiler

Hi guys!

Today I installed some patches to my LSPDFR (f.e. Citations 1.1.). However, during the game I noticed that the Citations menu was overlapping with the Stop The Ped Menu and the game crashed while performing a ped stop. I decided to change the buttons for calling up the first mentioned menu, and when it did not help, I decided to uninstall all add-ons added to the game today, to restore the game when it was running fine, i.e.
- ELS V1.05
- SpeedRadarLite_1.5.4.2
- ComputerPlus 1.4.1.1 LSPDFR 0.4 Compatible
- LSPDFR + 1.9.0.0 by Albo1125
- Citations 1.1
However, when deleting the files, something apparently went wrong, because since then, every time Rage Plugin Hook starts the game with crash. When my character appears on the screen, in two seconds there is a message "LSPD First Response (LSPD First Response.dll) has crashed". On the screen there is appears a scene from my last save point when my character is driving a police car, but everything is already done in the normal mode of GTA5 (he is also already called Michael). Troubleshooter does not detect any problems.
Please help! I don't want to delete the whole game and start it over... :((

I attach the crash report.

I will be very grateful for any tips what do do.
