The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    So my original problem was solved thanks to a member of the discord.  Turns out LML was causing a conflict. Disabled it and it loaded the game no problems. Updated LSPDFR, RPH and SHV and updated

I suggest anyone having this issue checks their GTA V Launcher log.

 

Documents\Rockstar Games\Launcher.

 

I was finding a "Exit code 0xc0000005 indicates a fatal game exit (reason: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION)" error at the bottom.

 

As mentioned above, LML appears to conflict.

 

I read the info and suggestion in this thread and it worked, allowing me to play. Worth a shot?
