The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Need rage log from your game directory uploaded here.  Might need to wait to reinstall due to the update from Rockstar.  Might take several days for the new Script Hook V to come out.

I got this problem too in the beginning, I fixed it by giving the GTA 5 folder full permissions
