The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

is there a plugin where you can talk to the coronor and get a report from them about the dead person.

I think there was something like that in the beginning

I believe StopThePed is where when you call a coroner, it gives you a small amount of information in the form of a subtitle about how they died. Would be nice if StopThePed would include the writing of death certificates and a bit more detail, but it serves as a good starter.

I'm a little surprised that there is no Mod for a Coroner. Where you just get called to pick up dead folks. Then maybe a report or death cert. would be generated and you can edit it or create it. Or you have to go back to the Mortuary in Davis (?), around the corner from Franklin's Aunt's House. Then maybe you make the Death Cert. there. I don't know. Guess it's not that popular of an idea for someone to make a mod for it.
