I have tried everything from Rage to Scripthook V...Right now I am trying to get a 2018 Dodge Charger Christmas Tree Police Car found on page 2 of the vehicle models. Yrt and Yfr files. I have tried placing the files in different folders based on different youtube vids, to no avail. No matter what I try the new car will not appear in the garage. Any help is appreciated. I'm sure sure if I learn to do this one, the rest can be done in similar fashion.

I'm assuming you mean .ytd and .yft files.

Replace vehicles go in the latest patchday. The current one is :

GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.

 

 

I only have that thread as far as dlcpacks..there is no patch days in that folder. 

You didn't follow the path correctly.

x64 not x64w

I followed x64 as you stated. I am showing no dlcpacks in either folder.

I'm seeing things in the main directory that shouldn't be there.

Why are there folders called [Addon cars] and [Replacement cars] in your main directory? You don't install things by dragging and dropping them in the main directory.

Please use the readme's included in the installation of the files to install them. I would also recommend a tutorial.

 

As for your mods folder, copy the update folder into the mods folder.

Mods will then go in there.

I removed files and copied updates into mods as you suggested. I still have no dlcpacks or patchdays as can be seen in the SS.

The patchdays are in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.

As the folder is empty, follow the same path in your game files, so update/x64/dlcpacks.

Find Patchday24, and once in edit mode, select "copy to mods folder."

Ok I uninstalled completely. I now have a clean copy of LSDFR, rage plug in hook and GTAV. I still have no patchday folders. Please advise.

You need to create a mods folder. In this mods folder you should copy "update" "x64"and every x64-file

The problem is we can't find a DLC patches in order to create a mods folder where do I find those

As mentioned above, you need to copy the update folder over to the created mods folder.

we Found the Files but we are Still having trouble putting the new police cars like the K9 Tahoe,Highway patrol ghost pack,blain county sheriff,K9 vest these are the mod that are not showing up in the game and the k9 dog

You missed half the path.

Also, you don't just drop downloads.

You need to actually open them...
