The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You will want to remove Arrest Manager, Callout Manager, LSPDFR+, PoliceSmartRadio, and Traffic Policer. Those are all outdated. Some good replacements for Arrest Manager, Traffic Policer, and PoliceSmartRadio are StopThePed and Ultimate Backup from BejoIjo. The rest dont have a replacement for them nor an update since the developer of them retired.
