The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

People can go ahead and make fun of me but I was trying to get siren mastery to work with my ELS vehicle (i'm only trying to get one to work) and no matter what I try nothing happens at all. I followed his video on how to install them and nothing no UI or sirens... It says it has an issue trying to load the sounds and defaults to the default but even those aren't playing. I followed his video on installing custom sounds and obviously nothing... I just wanted different siren sounds...
