Plod still use them over here. There's one for GTA 4 but I think GTA 5 needs one.

Worn by Constables, I THINK sometimes by Sergeants, but not any higher ranks, which is why they're reasonably common. Not used by officers in a car anymore, but either way, it could look good for foot patrol.
