Only the authors of the software would be able to share it with you, it is copyrighted material.

 

You can find a copy in the LSPDFR download, I think it is not outdated.

You'd have to wait until the website is available again then.

 

Edit: Wait no, your game is out of date, not the other way around. Update your game.

Consult the documentation or Google for whatever platform version you are using. The instructions are different for Steam, Epic and the Rockstar Launcher versions.
