The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

i would get that one or more dlcs are missing this issue arrosed from the last timed i played lspdfr and the last time i played it it worked with no issues then this happened anyone know of a fix i have uninstalled and reinstalled eup and sup and nothing works

    Could be a problem of antivirus, as some of them delete file without noticing. Check whether you have whitelisted the gta5 folder

    i found the problem the dlc.rpf was turned into a folder instead of a rage package
