Is there a way to make cars spawn with armor already maxed out. Whether its AI or the player. Like when you are in the trainer or at the car sop and you increase your armor on a car, what exactly does it change. Is it something in the vehicle.meta that can be modified or??

 

Or with the Armored Kuruma. What exactly makes it armored. Is it a file line or just how the car model is?
