That happens because your cars is too large. Some of modders use 4k textures for the car and it clogs the memory, and textures start missing. You need to compress textures to normal size.
And try set Main.PreloadAllModels = false in lspdfr.ini into Grand Theft Auto V directory\lspdfr.
