Please, attach your RagePluginHook.log. It's a text document into your GTA V Main directory.

Reason of this crash was Burglary Callout from one of your plugins. And I noticed that you have LSPDFR+, this plugin is out of date and can unstable the game. Ideally, I want to ask you to list all of your plugins that installed (in plugins and LSPDFR folders).

Traffic Control (Out of date, + same features you can find in STP plugin)

Law Callout (Out of Date)

K9 Callouts (Not sure, but can be unstable)

K9 Partner (You already have Ultimate Backup)

Code 3 Callouts (Out of Date)

Callout Maneger (Out of Date, you can use console (F4) to start Callouts)

Deleting those plugins makes your game much stable.
 

Ideally you also can delete this:

DashCamV;
 

BodyCam;
 

PoliceTape;

On the future - all Albo mods are out of date, and when you installing some plugins take a look on date when plugin was last time updated.

Try verify your GTA V Files, rename mods folder to _mods, for example and launch the game.
