Yeah, it fixed. But when I use an add-on vehicle, some of the textures are missing. How can I solve it? Thanks!

Uhm.... Press LALT(or Fn)+PrintScreen button to make screen.

Try set Main.PreloadAllModels = false in lspdfr.ini into Grand Theft Auto V directory\lspdfr.

I have set all the settings, and I have watched many repair tutorials in YouTube, including open with administrators and so on, but it didn’t work.

That happens because your cars is too large. Some of modders use 4k textures for the car and it clogs the memory, and textures start missing. You need to compress textures to normal size.
And try set Main.PreloadAllModels = false in lspdfr.ini into Grand Theft Auto V directory\lspdfr.
