Try:

1) open a text document (.txt) (notepad)

2) type this:

-norestriction

-nomemrestrict

-novblank

-percentvidmem "100"

3) copy EXACTLY that^

4) save it as "commandline.txt"

5) Put it in your GTA IV game directory

if those ones don't work then try:

-renderquality 0

-shadowdensity 0

-texturequality 0

-viewdistance 0

-detailquality 0

-novblank 0

-norestrictions

-width 512

-heigth 384

-safemode

-availablevidem 3

-percentvidem 100

-minspecaudio

-novsync

-renderquality 0

-framelimit 0

-nomerestrict

-fullscreen

Hope this helps, thanks!

Place the text file in your GTA IV directory ( Programme Files > Rockstar Games > GTA IV )

i put the file where Activation,Common,Manuals, movies,pc,support links folder is etc..

edit - also when on the charters when loading it's like zooming in and out, even on the options...

why dont the game work :O...

should i just get a re-fund on steam and buy it on disk..?

does your pc by any chance have an intel integrated graphics chip and a secondary graphics card? if so you may need to set it so that it uses your secondary graphics card and not the intel graphics.

I have no idea my friend.. how would find out?

I don't know if it's a good thing to download games, cause there will be more chances that it doesn't work

And now it's isn't expensive , so you can buy it
