Lspdfr Crash after going on duty

The whole game crashes after 10 ish minutes of being on duty. The crash doesn't happen while I am playing regular GTA V. So I am sure that it has something to with the one of the callouts. I will attach my crash report.

    Set your PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000
    This can be done in RPH console by launching RPH and Holding Shift

    Open the file called Commandline.txt in main directory 
    Delete Everything in it add -windowed save and close 

    Remove Chill Callout , Xscanner and Trafficpolicer from GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR

    Hi there's been still some unexpected crashes. I removed the "-windowed save and close " from commandline. Just to run the game in fullscreen  but I am not sure if that had anything to do with crashes. It runs for a few minutes and just the whole game crashes. I will attach myRagePluginHook.log crashreport. I did remove some old callouts but it didn't help with the crash.
