Got it. So what we've done is disabled your .asi files.

Re-add dinput8.dll, move all your .asi scripts from your directory to your desktop, then slowly re-add them.

You should be able to determine which is causing this issue.

Hello, Did you ever find out what the problem was? I seems to be having the same issue with dinput8.  If i keep it in the folder GTA will load but not LSPDFR.  If i remove the dinput8 i get the same error message as you did and GTA would not run. I removed my mods folder but that did not fix the issue so i dont think it has anything to do with added cars since those worked.
