when i open console and trying to get on duty after the off duty it crashed and said unhandled exception here the rph file hope some body help ..

The issue stems from TrafficCallouts.

I removed it and I still got the same thing

there's an easy way to do this, go to plugins and do LSPDFR 0.4.8 section in the filter, all those callouts will have no problem if you read what they support, I hope this helps, I like Ambient callouts, adds more realistic roleplay to like random events.
