Iam not expert with model here....would like a helping hand here, if you look at the photo of the BPD paddywagon, the real wagons have white and blue light...my question is how can i replace the red lights on this model with blue? and what editing-ware would i use?

Find the textures for the red light in the .WTD using spark IV, export them to desktop, open them with GIMP or any other program, change them to blue and import them using spark iv :]

Use paint.net then. basically, every ELS enabled vehicle comes with a Light texture, and with that file, comes the red and or blue colors. You need to find that texture with the red and blue lights on them and change the red to blue using paint.net

You go into SparkIV and find the vehicle.wtd file.

Then you find a picture that looks similar to this.

I dont use red and blues but pretend that the one with the red circle is red and not blue.

What you want to do is to export this image to desktop (or wherever you want) and modify it in whatever image-editor program you prefer. (i use Paint.net.

You mark the one that is shown here in green or another one that is the same size as the red, copy and paste it onto the one that is red. Thats it. Remember to back it up JUST in case. :-)
