The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Rage Crashed, please help!

There is a significant difference between a Rage crash and a game crash. If your game crashed, have you tried removing the mods you recently added to see if that fixes it? Did you test each mod one by one as you installed them to ensure they work individually?

Nope I didn't, and when it crashed rage popped up saying to share it here so that's what I did. I'll try and test them individually, thanks.
