Is there any way to track down what could have caused a CTD when a script error isn't reported?

AdvancedHook.txt and ScriptHook.txt show errors and exceptions. Not sure if and when they are related, but can those be used?

I always seem to have the "SET_CAR_CAN_GO_AGAINST_TRAFFIC"is not available" error show up in my scripthook.txt after I've crashed too.
