The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Basically I installed  a Non-els car . The vehicle spawns in but the lights do not work. I've tried installing the carcols and carvariations files into my game but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
