ENB ELS - Seeing Lights from a Distance ?

I have downloaded the ENB no LCPDFR confliction mod, It's AMAZING looking. I bumped the otheremissive lights to 400 and looks awesome

One thing I notice is when the other cops are coming from far away you can't see their shiny lights unless they are like 30 feet away from you.

Is there anyway to fix this ?

I tried, didn't really help, it helped a lil bit but the bloom looked weird and ugly.

In the game, I can see the beacon lights for aircrafts on tall buildings from a far distance when they shine, see if you could make the lights visible from far away like that would add a lot more realism

The way those lights are made is completely different, they're scripted to be visible even when far away.

Increasing the bloom quality removes those stripe-effect you get when getting further away, what makes them brighter. I don't think there's a way to increase that, unfortunately.

is it hard to script these lights like those ? Time spent vs Final product, is it worth it ?
