I'm looking for ELS city pack and sheriff pack. I play on a low end pc so high memory packs are not recommended. Also I'm mostly aware of the popular ones with Ripple and trooper 18, I would appreciate some suggestions of underrated/new packs. If possible do suggest some genuine plugins for lspdfr too bearing in mind I have a low end pc. Please do link them below. Thanks in advance.
