The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm having the same issue.

if that was the problem, the cars have no sound at all; no engines, no tires screech, etc. I still get all those, I even hear the click when I turn on the sirens, but nothing comes out.

the file with your vehicle sounds has to be 15.900 less. if it is that size and not working then idk why. i have a Q siren and 4 different sirens with els and it works

you must've read my message wrong. The file IS less than 15,900. if it Wasn't, the cars would have no sound at all, no tire screeches, no engine, nothing. Not just the sirens.
