i just upsated the siren with new yelp. and are you talking about the slternating siren. ambulance_tone. -
in the demo the yelp is ear raping i fixed it and is in the file. i just didnt feel like going back into the game to re record it

the file with your vehicle sounds has to be 15.900 less. if it is that size and not working then idk why. i have a Q siren and 4 different sirens with els and it works

your vehicle.awc in RESIDENTS has to be lower than 16,000. the size. install dead air. there is a tutorial out there on youtube
