The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

How can I make it so AI drive the default cop cars, while I use car packs?

Edit: I think I just realized what it could be. Is it add-on cars?
