The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Apologies, but LSPDFR is not available for consoles. Consoles are sandboxed which means that modding is not possible unless the game explicitly allow it, and even in cases of the game allowing it, complicated script modifications like ours are usually not possible.

You would need to grab a gaming PC or gaming laptop that can play Grand Theft Auto V in order to play LSPDFR.
