Hello guys, i really need your help . 
I made a Clean instalation of the game , gta v and the LSPDFR .
And Still keeps crashing on me and i don't know why. 

 

RagePluginHook.log

Set plugins timeout to 60000 and make sure nothing else is selected apart from load all plugins (not necessary) in your Ragehook settings before launching the game.

Plugins are most likely unrelated to this have they haven't even started to load.

Do you have a mods folder?

so, changing the pluging timeout to 60000 doesn't work .

And no, i don't have a "mods" folder . 
Clean instalation , only thing i installed was LSPDFR.

Load GTAV without RAGE until the siren loading screen.

Then ALT + TAB out and open RAGE. How does that go?

Didn't work.

THe game runs fine, but when i open the RAGE just crashes.

I'm gonna send to you thecrash report. 

the problem is connecting the RAGE with game, i'm watching so many videos of installation and look's so easy 😞

i can't install that version . 

I allready got the 4.0.3 version . 

Ah. So LSPDFR/RAGE requires 0.4.6+

Can you update it?

i can't.  it says that i got the updated version. 
So a made a lil research. 
I went to this location : C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319
and right clicked on accessibility.dll , went to proprieties, details , version and it's says that i got the 4.8.4084.0 version. 
is that ok ?

I don't think that is your .NET version - just another file.
