i noticed today that i'm unable to leave comments on files. i can't quote/multi-quote and there's no box to type in. files don't say the comments are restricted, and i see that other people have left comments, so i'm not really sure what's going on here.

can confirm, i turned off adblock and reloaded the page and there the comment box was. thanks a ton!
