Whenever I Load Up The Game And Add All My Plugins Everything Works Fine Until I Receive A Callout, I Get 3 Rapid Beeps And That's It The Game Crashes. I Have No Idea Why, It Was Working Perfectly Fine Yesterday And Now It Isn't.

 

I've Seen Apparently It Can Be Missing Audio Files, So I Replaced Them All But That Didn't Do The Trick.

2. Delete SlimDX from your GTAV folder and restart your PC.
3. Download RagePluginHook and put the .zip in your GTA V folder.
4. Click "Extract Here."

 

If that doesn't help you; try the following:

Make sure you have all of the requirements installed. If it says you already have them installed; reinstall them to be sure.

A user I helped managed to solve it by updating Windows -> give that a try.

Try what A Stranger suggested and hopefully you can get it resolved.
