Gta 5 ELS not working after downloading graphics mods

Hello guys

I'm a having a huge problem, the els just stopped working right after I downloaded a few mods for my car reflection and to make dirt on cars more realistic. And now I cannot get the lights to work anymore, I know there on but there so dim I can't see them. Please help I reinstalled ELS and the cars I just don't know what to do anymore

    1. If ELS works (You can open the UI and hear the noises) it's not an issue with ELS itself.
    2. Check if the diffusetint in the vehicles.meta for that car slot is set to white in HEX.
    3. Make sure PostFX & Shader are on Very High at least.
