The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

i want to run policesmartradio but i already have installed, ulitmate backup, ultimate callouts, stop the ped and i tried psr but it said i need arrest manager and traffic manager but stop the ped and arrest manager were clashing... any way to get around this???

    Police Smart Radio requires Traffic Policer.

    But, both are out of date plugins so can cause crashes and instability. I advise you don't use PSR but the choice is yours.
