I was wondering the same. I tried one and when I write the code in to read the DLC pack it crashes my game. GucciBoiJim if you find any let me know. I tried the NYPD unmarked pack. I liked how it looked but never got it to work.

greatest pack! and working flawlessly!!! 3 periods 70's 80's and 90's 

 

enjoy guys! I'm playing with 70's and the lights are real dope! old lightbars rotating like real and it's very well made 🙂 

 

Lozano is one of greatest Modders I've ever met! p.s video in his blog shows OLD version of lights

now they're smoother and rotating (literally rotating like in THE HITCHER 1986 movie car chase scene) 

that's awesome pack to me and the best so far! 

 

use gameconfig 300+cars for it (the old gameconfig in the pack need to be replaced) because the pack was made for v1180 GTA V

now I'm on latest GTA so I've updated gameconfig and it works great

I have that pack I just wish the lights were better
