Hey guys, I keep seeing ambient officers/transports/and even the cop that drops me off at the start of the game all wearing white

t-shirts, I installed EUP LO, SR, and Jurisdictions in that order to prevent any more issues but this still remains even after taking precautions to avoid it. Image is attached
