The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Go into the RAGE settings and set it to load no plugins on startup.

    Then in-game load them manually through the RAGE console.

    If it doesn't work send a new log.

    I believe the issue is in your mods folder so we have disabled it.
