Here's the problem. I installed all the things updates and programs that was written in the instructions on how to install lcpdfr. I also checked if I have all the programs in the right folders and I do. But whenever I try to start the game by launchgtaiv.exe or the official way, the cd inside starts rotating, there apprears the cd icon on the desktop and then nothing happens. Like if I never clicked it. I bought the legal copy just becaue of this mod the secod time since the first time I spilled coke over the paper with serial and I had to use crack. Either way, im running windows 7. heres the report:

This is not an LCPDFR issue; but is a Games for Windows LIVE issue. You can either install Games for Windows Live Redistrubutable (google it) or install xliveless (which will remove online play).
