I have installed new police cars 🚔  actually replaced them with previous ones. But now lights are not working.  Not sure where to install or copy that els file can anyone advise. 

 

In the install of your vehicles you will have an XML file.

This goes into GTAV/ELS/pack_default

i am also having problems with my els. I installed some cars, like I have been for the past year or so, the same way and everything. But once i got onto my game, the lights on none of my cars are working, even ones which have been in my game since the start. They are replace cars and when i go on the extras, the lights flash but don't work when I turn them on. I have looked in the els files, which say that the extras are els controlled, but it still isn't working. Any help?
