Rename mods to _mods and try launching if that works it's probably something you added to your mods folder that is causing the issue

Thank you very much for the support. I'm so happy that it's work, oh shit just rename the words "_mods" it's work. The whole few week I try to find out this issue but the forums all wrong. you do realize that disabled your mods folder right you need to find the mod that caused it or remake mods folder to use custom uniform and vehicles

But I don't upload any vehicles mods I only upload dashcam, cop holster, gunfire sound, etc..... but I copy the whole x64a.rpf to x64z.rpf. which I found in forums told to do that if you want to edit the mods. So i was think if i do wrong thing in mods cause the mods problem.

After i del all the mods folder and redo again the mods folder &  copy 1 by 1 the files and is working fine now so far. Thank for the support.😇
