Is it possible to change all the police models used by AI to be the SAHP instead of LSPD, LSSD etc. Just looking to replace all LSPD, LSSD etc models that AI use with SAHP.

what exactly your meaning is? 

you mean backup patrol AI units?

if so YES but you need to edit agencies.xml in DATA

That's exactly what I mean. Instead of LSPD AI driving around in wanting SAHP driving around in their cars and also when I call for backup it's a SAHP officer responding.

but peds will be more difficult 

they will wearing helmets since I don't know how to change peds YET
