I downloaded a car pack and it was highly rated so i followed all the tutorials on downloading it and can’t seem to get them in game, I’ve tried with two different cad packs, any suggestions?

OpenIV>mods>update>X64>data>dlcpacks>patchday24>vehicles.rpf 

That is the wrong path. Try installing them here: 

GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Okay sorry I guessed from memory to tell you but I guarantee I put it in the right path

Also after I go to mods>update.rpf>x64 I don’t see dlc packs I see this k

Pretty sure you've been installing them in the wrong place.

 

Find it in your game files (not through your mods folder) then copy it to your mods folder and install your vehicles there

Go to this path: GTAV/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Copy that to your mods folder

Install your vehicles in there
