ok i got the v2 snow mod on one of my copys on gta iv incase your wondering i got 3 copys of my store bought gta iv on my pc 1 is new york 2 is la & 3 is the winter new york using the snow mod

anyway here is my issue the snow mod v2 on gta garage is broke it has a broken img file in it there was a installer made by bw but it was a torrent & when i try to download it it won't seed in a torrent application

so i was wondering if anyone might have the installer bw made found on gta forums in a non torrent they could send me or maybe a fully working copy of the snow mod v2

in the version i got installed now with the broken img file only half my map is snowed & my cars handle the same i was hoping to get it working so i could play it in the winter any help would be great i asked for yhe image file on gta forums & asked for the install but they ignored it

As for the cars handling part, you have to install that new handling file in or else the handling will still be the same as if you're driving on normal road.

thats part of the problem because gta garage download folder is broken some files such as that one are missing when you download it from there i never found a handling in it

I think you need to download all of it, meaning i'm almost positive that there are other downloads below the one you downloaded, more updated versions, you may have to DL them seperately.

Yeah thechrisfarmer there were multiple downloads on the page, ensure you downloaded the entire mod and the correct version, I've got the one from gtagarage and was having no issues, all of the files were present and worked.

I just downloaded the mod a few days ago. and every file is there.

thats the one i downloaded a few weeks ago i click here it takes me to gta garage & i downloaded that one but i will try again maybe he recently fixed it is why it worked for you

when you downloaded it after clicking here when you unrared the file did it have more then a folder called manhat9 cause when i got it that was all it had

wait did you click download mod at gta garage or click the altanate download on the mod at gta garage the alt is multiable links & download mod is one whitch one worked for you @astt

Edit: the only multable links on the download are on the altanate download & there for v1.1 not v2 v2 is the main one in the download mod button but its the one i got that did not work im trying it again thow wish me luck

The first time you downloaded it, it might just have not downloaded all the way which is why you were missing some files, i would say if its all there the second time then you should be good but if not try to download it one more time, everything should be there.
