So I just installed a few new plugins and now it's crashing as it loads into story mode... 

It wasn't having any problems before I installed them, so I know it is most likely one of these mods, but I need help identifying which one so I can fix it.

 

The mods I installed are:

• Realistic Usable Charges & Citations for *CompuLite* 1.4.0 (https://bit.ly/350JyrR)
• Flashlight Overhaul 1.2 (https://bit.ly/2JiI3gL)

 

I followed the instructions to the letter, and even watched tutorial videos (Most from Benzo Effect, who so far hasn't proven unreliable), and I looked through the crash report (only understood some of it) and the RPH log... at this point I am kind of at a bind here. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

It is definitely your mods folder crashing your game. 

 

I assume it's AI TRAFFIC Fluidity & Discipline 6.0, try taking it out.

So with that, there were several parts to install for that plugin. And the actual plugin itself is a modded vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta and vehicles.meta ...so idk what to do about that (because like every other noob modder I never backup my stuff lol (I do have a mods folder tho)). There is however a “Backup” folder in the plugin zip folder itself, so I’m wondering if that could be the default files in it. I am just worried about making it worse. 
 

edit: I am gonna try it, the whole mod(s) has a backup folder in it, that or I can delete it from my directory. Testing now.

Found more info

FIXED!!

 

AI TRAFFIC Fluidity & Discipline 6.0  wasn't the problem (well it partially was, but not the plugin itself). Apparently I was using a bad gameconfig plugin

I eventually got an error when I removed the AI TRAFFIC Fluidity & Discipline 6.0  and looked it up, and found a video with the right one for the right version of GTA V; Working gameconfig plugin

 

Thanks for the help and spotting the problem for me!

Someone should prolly make sure people know that so if they run into this problem like I did, they know how to fix it.
