Anytime I have downloaded a plugin or mod my game will crash halfway through loading up.  Currently the only addition I have installed is the Traffic Policer by Albo1125.  It has been installed directly by the instructions.  PLEASE HELP!!!!  Also I'm trying to upload the crash report, but it saves as a RCR File which is not supported here.  I hate being a newbie 😞

Try removing all of albo's plugins as they are outdated, possibly causing your game to crash, after you have removed them try your game again, I can recommend some alternatives for albo's mods if you wish.

When I uninstall all of the plugins the game works fine.  I've tried more than one plugin for all different types of Mods.  I've even tried using LML with mods and the game will crash unless I disable the mod through LML and then the game will work fine.

LML needs updating so that won't work and will crash your game if you use it I believe. I'd recommend using Bejojio's plugins for albo's mods, Bejojio's plugins can be found here: Home | BejoIjo Plugins

No remove albo's plugins, Bejojio's plugins are updated to work. As albo is a retired modder, most of his plugins are now outdated.

Thank you I definitely will!

Ok I completely uninstalled everything and reinstalled GTAV. Then I installed all the mods you recommended and BOOOM everything worked. Then the game crashed during gameplay and kept crashing during the loading screen. I restarted my computer and reloaded and the game appears to be working now. Is that normal to happen sometimes?
