Not sure what is causing the issue. I have reinstalled almost everything. I think all my plugins are up to date but any help is much appreciated

  Im not sure if this is your problem but it looks like your EUP (if you have it) is not working. Your log shows pre ambient spawns with no cop uniforms. It seems like the game is trying to find where to grab clothes but then just continues to add a list of ambient cops then crashes.

 

Look how many you got and the short times in between. There's many more in your log

I'm going to try and uninstall and reinstall it to see if that clears the problem. Thanks for the assist.

Uninstalled and reinstalled EUP L&O and S&R. Attached another copy of log.

Looking at your log this seems to be a game file issue.
Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the issue persists 🙂

 

 

After about 10 minutes it crashed again

Okay - this crash is caused by something different. We'll work on that after.

 

As it works (for 10 minutes) with your mods folder disabled something is broken in there.

Revert all previous changes 🙂

Completely deleted the mods folder and made a new one. I only have the EUP mods installed  and a few plugins. Everything seems to be working fine.
