From this log you have not updated LSPDFR.

Try again.

 

You can do this to update it:

 

  1. Download the manual install of LSPDFR
  2. Open the plugins folder of the manual install.
  3. There should be 2 files Drag and drop these into GTAV/Plugins

 

Make sure you are downloading the latest LSPDFR version!

I can see you tried to force load LSPDFR. You shouldn't do this as LSPDFR was loaded on startup already

It looks like it is being unloaded.

 

Go into the RAGE settings and set it to load no plugins on startup.

Then load LSPDFR manually in-game using the RAGE console

 

If it still crashes send another log
