my game keeps on crashing and I'm not sure of what is causing it, I ask in discord servers, however, the tech support just ignore me and it's p*ssing me off.

Are you using a mods folder?  If so, have you tried disabling it?

yes, i have done that, it works perfectly fine

 

Did you update your mods folder in OpenIV?  Something inside is broken.

ped models and vehicles, vehicles are fine i think, but i did recently add ped models
