Alright if i pull someone over for speeding,etc... I can walk up beside the vehicle and ask them questions,etc. But when i go to arrest the purp/ped... it will place handcuffs on them but they just climb back in there vehicle and drive away. Didn't have this issue before the LSPDFR update. Might want to look into it. It's not a crash issue of any sort.

I have exactly the same problem. I use stop the ped and whenewer i arrest someone, they just walk away

sometimes, stop the ped is a little bit buggy, all of Bejojio's plugins has been recently updated, this may fix your problem. download them all here: https://www.bejoijo.com/

I tried 2 times completely deleting and installing updated stop the ped and I still can't arrest.

and i would also like to say, that everything from stop the ped is working perfectly, except arresting.

Hmm, have you tried aiming and holding "E" to arrest?

it seems that the Hotbug issues around arresting the ped have been recently resolved, you may install the new update here: http://www.bejoijo.com/

Alright the new Stop the Ped did fix the problem. You might want to post a sticky note somewhere that whoever uses Bejoijo's plugin's will need the need update. Thanks again everyone for all your help.
