Ran gta with RPH and it crashed me once it was loading into story mode. Not sure what to do because I've done mostly everything to check. I did update my mods folder and still didnt fix it. Tried verifying my game files and everything came back clear. Game crashes with no RPH running straightly vanilla. Log shows nothing of interest either so It cant be a mod or a plugin for lspdfr. please help.

Having the exact same issue here. Think it may have something to do with the fact i have updated GTA V and the build number is the updated version according to windows but when on the loading screen, it says the old build number in the bottom right. If you're game crashes with no RPH running, then it's nothing to do with LSPDFR.

 

It's likely your mods folder needs an update. Run OpenIV and follow the instructions, or just rename your mods folder to _mods to play GTA without your OpenIV mods installed.

Removing LML worked for me
