I am scripting a helicopter pursuit callout for LSPDFR, and i have a driver and passenger in a buzzard attack heli.

 

How can i make them shoot from the buzzards machine gun or missile launcher?

You'll want to look into ped tasks, maybe natives.

Checked them, tasks were useless and so was natives.

Well since Rockstar made the AI do it, I'm sure you can too.  I just Googled it and found a likely answer using natives in the first result.

I don't have it open anymore, but I googled something along the lines of making AI use vehicle weapons.

I haven't tried this but it should be like all other tasks. Firstly, you need to set the weapon of the ped to rocket/machine gun of the helicopter:

 

SET_CURRENT_PED_VEHICLE_WEAPON(Ped ped, Hash weaponHash);

 

Then use on of the TASK_VEHICLE_SHOOT_AT_... Natives

 

This should do the job.   Set the ped's weapon to the hash of VEHICLE_WEAPON_PLAYER_BUZZARD first (SET_CURRENT_PED_VEHICLE_WEAPON)
